Statement review
You send last month's statement. We return your effective rate and a line-by-line read of what you're paying for.

We recommend the smallest setup that actually covers your workflow — counter, handheld, kitchen printer, or just a phone reader.

Application
Square underwriting. We prepare the application with you so it isn't held for review. Square decides both the outcome and the timing.

Catalog or menu, modifiers, taxes, tipping, staff permissions, receipt branding, hardware pairing.

Go live and support
We're there for the first real service. After that you have a direct line, not a queue.
The equipment we install
The same Square hardware you would buy direct — selected for your counter, your service and your volume, then configured before it reaches you. If a cheaper setup covers what you actually do, we will say so.
Register
Two screens — one facing your staff, one facing the customer. For a fixed counter with steady volume.
Terminal
All-in-one with a built-in receipt printer. Runs a full service on battery and fits in one hand.
Handheld
Slim and light, no printer. For taking payment at the table, the chair or the car.
Stand
A swivelling tablet with the card reader in the base. Turns to the customer to tip and sign.
Kiosk
Self-serve ordering at customer height. Takes the queue off your counter at peak.
Which devices suit you depends on your floor plan and how your staff move. We work that out from your statement and a short conversation, not from a catalogue page.
Before you click “Start with Square”
The application is Square's, not ours, and it asks what any US payments account has to ask. Most of the delays we see are people who started it without the details in front of them. Ten minutes of preparation is the difference between finishing in one sitting and watching the account sit in review.
Opens Square's own secure signup. Have your EIN or SSN, your business bank details and a government ID to hand.
- Legal business name and address exactly as they appear on your registration
- EIN, or your SSN if you operate as a sole proprietor
- Business bank account and routing number for deposits
- A government-issued photo ID for the owner
- A rough monthly card volume and average ticket
Square makes the approval decision, not us, and we cannot promise a timeline or an outcome. What we can do is prepare the application with you first — in English, Spanish or Russian — so it is not held up over something avoidable.

- GetMultiPOS is a brand of PalomaFinTech LLC, an independent reseller in the OrderOut USA Corp reseller program for Square Merchant Processing. We select, install and support Square point-of-sale systems for local businesses, and we read merchant statements so an owner can see the effective rate they actually pay.
- What services does GetMultiPOS provide?
- Choosing the Square hardware and software that fits the business, installing and configuring it on site, reviewing your current processing statement, and supporting the system afterwards. Square provides the payment services themselves.
- Does GetMultiPOS add a processing markup?
- No. Your processing rates are Square's published rates. We are compensated by the processor out of its existing margin, not by a markup added to you.
- Which languages does GetMultiPOS support?
- English, Spanish and Russian. Sales, setup and ongoing support are available in all three.
