What is GetMultiPOS?
GetMultiPOS is a brand of PalomaFinTech LLC, an independent reseller in the OrderOut USA Corp reseller program for Square Merchant Processing. We select, install and support Square point-of-sale systems for local businesses, and we read merchant statements so an owner can see the effective rate they actually pay.
Where does GetMultiPOS operate?
Our office is at 2590 Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood, Florida. We set systems up on site across Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties, and we handle setup remotely elsewhere in Florida and nationwide.
What services does GetMultiPOS provide?
Choosing the Square hardware and software that fits the business, installing and configuring it on site, reviewing your current processing statement, and supporting the system afterwards. Square provides the payment services themselves.
Which languages does GetMultiPOS support?
English, Spanish and Russian. Sales, setup and ongoing support are available in all three.
What is included in a statement review?
Your real effective rate — total fees divided by what you actually ran — every line item named and explained, including the ones that are not processing costs, and a plain answer on whether switching is worth it, including when it is not.
How long can setup take?
Square decides underwriting, and how long it takes depends on the business — we prepare the application with you so it is not held for missing information. Hardware in South Florida can typically be delivered and configured within a few business days of approval.
Does GetMultiPOS add a processing markup?
No. Your processing rates are Square's published rates. We are compensated by the processor out of its existing margin, not by a markup added to you.
Is this actually free to look at?
Yes. We review your current merchant statement and give you your effective rate at no cost. We only earn anything if you decide to switch and start processing.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
Square processing is month-to-month with no early termination fee. That is one of the main reasons we chose to build around it.
What if I already use Square?
Then you may already be in good shape. We can still audit your configuration — wrong tip settings, wrong card-present routing and unused features cost real money on high volume.
